Spring into Summer with W Doha’s tantalizing new menus

Before we know it, summer will have arrived in Doha, bringing with it searing temperatures and steamy nights.  W Doha's welcoming, warmhearted and WOW!-filled concept restaurants, Market by Jean-Georges and Spice Market, are helping diners to beat the heat with some cool changes to their always-sensational menus.  Since first opening their doors just over twelve months ago, W Doha's iconic concept restaurants, from three-star Michelin celebrity chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, have gained a reputation as being amongst the absolute best restaurants in Qatar, offering mouthwatering and diverse food at very affordable prices.

Justin Bazdarich, from Culinary Concepts by Jean-Georges in New York,  was at W Doha for two weeks and has been working in tandem with W Doha's Executive Chef, Prakash Seetul, to source the freshest and tastiest locally-available produce to be married with delicious, top-quality regional and international ingredients.  Their hard work has paid off in new dishes that feature the season's freshest flavours and will totally WOW! diners' taste buds.  "You cannot make miracles in the kitchen without top-class produce", Chef Bazdarich observed.

Market by Jean-Georges and Spice Market will be tempting diners with a kaleidoscope of mouthwatering culinary delights in their new Spring-Summer menus.  Perhaps you will be enticed by the Chilled Seafood Platter, with the freshest local oysters, Omani lobster and Alaskan crab, accompanied by a trio of delectable sauces, at Market by Jean-Georges.  Or perhaps local kingfish, grilled to perfection, with braised fennel, lemon and olive oil is more to your taste?  Meat-eaters should not despair - there are abundant choices on each restaurant's menu to assuage even the most-dedicated carnivore!  And if your appetite survives through to dessert, you are bound to be enchanted by the alluring sweet morsels on offer.  How about Mango and Lemon Tart with Basil Ice Cream and Lemon Grass at Market by Jean-Georges, or Macerated Strawberries, Cheesecake Biscuit and Strawberry Sorbet at Spice Market?  The renowned cheesecake at Market by Jean-Georges has always been much-loved by diners, and Spice Market now offers its fresh and contemporary take on this traditional favourite.
